Well it's official... I PASSED my certification and am now a part of "the Les Mills Family" as a BODY PUMP instructor. PHEW!! I won't get my own class for a while...we already have a lot of awesome Pump instructors... so I'll be working as a substitute. FINE with me!!To all of you who have NOT tried a Pump class... I dare you to!
It's a blast.

K, I would love to try this but I have to lose my fat first. This was exactly what I was talking about in my talk. Tree trunks! Congrats, that is awesome! You will be a great instructor. Have I told you you look great!
That's awesome....even though I have no clue what that means! Maybe you'll have to try to whip us in to shape this weekend! And yes, I expect you to do it in just ONE weekend! :)
I am so proud of you!!!!!! I encourage anyone to try Allison's class if only to see how good she is at instructing. I mean, I think anyone could take the class, but she is awesome at teaching it. I promise if Dave and I lived close we would come every week.

Wow - that's awesome. Once upon a time, in my pre-baby life, I used to go to pump classes and LOVED it. Where do you teach? That would be so fun to go to one of your classes. I was thinking you look pretty dang amazing in all your pictures...now I see why. :)
